WHAT IF I RECEIVE A CANCELED ORDER NOTIFICATION?
Due to the unique nature of our products you may receive a canceled order notification. If your design request is still available we will notify you with information on possible backordering options.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped from Washington State within three business days. Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped with Signature Confirmation where available via USPS Ground services, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Purchases under $100 USD = $4 shipping and handling
Purchases between $100-$200 USD = $7 shipping and handling
Purchases over $200 are delivered FREE via standard shipping

If you are in need of alternate shipping (ie: overnight, 2-day, etc.) you may specify at checkout or if you prefer, please contact us and place your order with one of our sales associates.
