Please keep in mind that many of our items are handmade works of art. We cherish their idiosyncrasies as a signature of the hands that created them and we hope you will too!

REPAIRS
If your jewelry is in need of repair, contact us and we will be happy to help.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return your item(s) within 10 days from the date you received. Contact us Monday thru Thursday during our business hours to obtain a return authorization - no exchange, credit or refund will be issued without one.

All exchanges/returns must be unworn, properly tagged and packaged. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Allow five business days from the date the return is received here at Whimsey. Reimbursement will be sent in the form of a check. Shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.

SHIPPING TO US
When shipping a repair, exchange or return item, please send the handwritten store receipt you received with your merchandise - we cannot accept your Visa/MC, Amex slip, or PayPal correspondence as these are for your records only. If you need to obtain a copy of your handwritten store receipt, contact us with your date of purchase.

For your protection, please send all returns insured/signature required via private carrier or Parcel Post in a hard box and include the address you wish your in-store credit slip or refund to be sent to.

Whimsey is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.
