WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped from Washington State within three business days. Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped Flat Rate Priority where available via USPS Ground services.
If you are in need of alternate shipping (ie: overnight, 2-day, etc.), please contact us and place your order with one of our sales associates over the phone.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we do not ship internationally. Please contact us directly to discuss possible options. Note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A CANCELED ORDER NOTIFICATION?
Due to the unique nature of our products it is possible that you may receive a canceled order notification. If your design request is still available we will notify you with information on possible backordering options.
