COVID-19 Effects.

My artists and I greatly appreciate your support of our store thru your online purchases. We are doing our best to follow protocol in place to avoid exposure of ourselves and those around us to COVID-19. Please understand that there may be a delay in shipping as we will not be making individual trips to the Post Office or UPS.

Our Pre-Christmas shipping cut-off is 12/10/2023, please have your orders to be shipped BEFORE Christmas to us by this date.

We will resume shipping in the New Year and we offer a (curb-side) pick-up option upon checkout, there is no charge for this option.

Pre-Christmas in-store or curbside pick-ups are available until 1pm on 12/24/2023.

We may also be able to offer porch delivery, on a case by case basis.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped from Washington State within three business days. Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped Flat Rate Priority where available via USPS Ground services.

If you are in need of alternate shipping (ie: overnight, 2-day, etc.), please contact us and place your order with one of our sales associates over the phone.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we do not ship internationally.  Please contact us directly to discuss possible options. Note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A CANCELED ORDER NOTIFICATION?

Due to the unique nature of our products it is unlikely but possible that you may receive a canceled order notification. If your design request is still available we will notify you with information on possible backordering options.
