REPAIRS & Care
Proper care of your jewelry will prolong its life: Do not wear your jewelry while playing sports, sleeping, swimming or cleaning. Chemicals, water and excessive wear can cause discoloration, indentation and loose or broken stones. Repairs are typically available but may incur a charge depending on the condition of the jewelry.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return your item(s) within 10 days from the date received. Contact us via our "Contact Form" to obtain a return authorization - we are unable to exchange, credit or refund without a return authorization.
All exchanges/returns must appear unworn, be properly tagged and packaged. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Allow five business days from the date the return is received here at Whimsey. Shipping fees will be deducted from the reimbursement amount. We appreciate your understanding.
SHIPPING TO US
When shipping a repair, exchange or return item, please send the handwritten store receipt you received with your merchandise.
For your protection, please send all returns insured/signature required via private carrier or USPS in a hard box and include the address you wish your in-store credit slip or refund to be sent to.
Whimsey is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.
